Delivery and Returns Conditions
Product delivery is carried out through courier service, and the costs for delivery and return fall on the customer. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must not show signs of wear.
DPD/Cargus Delivery - from 22.50 lei, processing time 48 hours (depending on the weight or dimensions of the package)
DPD/Cargus Return - from 22.50 lei (depending on the weight or dimensions of the package)
Posta Romana Delivery (delivery to your door) - from 19 lei (depending on the weight or dimensions of the package)
Cancellation and Refund
To cancel an order, you must send an email to office@smartcooker.ro specifying the order reference number and the reason for cancellation. Payments made by card will be refunded within 1 - 30 days (depending on the customer's bank) to the same card used for payment.
For orders that have already been dispatched and for which cancellation is requested, the products must be returned to us (the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer) and the refund will be processed after their receipt and verification by our staff within 1 - 30 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
